Security Tips
IAAPA and TNT Events (the official security provider) want you to have a pleasant, safe experience exhibiting at IAAPA Expo. Nothing can ruin your show more than the loss of expensive products or equipment. IAAPA provides perimeter exhibit hall security to ensure that only authorized individuals gain access to the exhibit hall. However, the movement of those individuals is not monitored. YOU, your staff, and your contractors are responsible for your valuables.
Here are a few basic steps you can take to secure your valuables:
Safety Guidelines
IAAPA encourages a safe work environment for all show participants – attendees, exhibitors, installation and dismantle crews, contractors and subcontractors. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure the safety and safe work practices of their employees, contractors and subcontractors that may be working at the expo on their behalf.
Non-Official / Exhibitor Appointed Contractors
An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is defined as any service contractor that is not an official service provider for IAAPA Expo 2025. Examples include: set-up/tear-down, I&D contractors, audio-visual, floral, etc. Official Contractors do not need to apply as an EAC. Exhibitors that are constructing their own booth are NOT considered EAC’s.
Official Contractors & IAAPA Contacts
Please see the tabs below for Official Vendor Contractors to assist you with all that you will need to exhibit at IAAPA Expo. IAAPA Team Contacts are also noted for specific questions or concerns.
