Shuttle service will operate between select official hotels and the main entrances of the North/South Building and the West Building. Hotel shuttles will drop off and pick up at the main entrances only — for the North/South Building this will be on the South side, not the North side. Shuttles will not pick up or drop off on the North side. We will also operate shuttles between the North outdoor exhibit areas and the West Building; however, hotel shuttles will not service the outdoor exhibit drop-off location. Additional operational details will be shared as soon as they are confirmed.
The Orange County Convention Center has coordinated with service providers such as Lyft and Uber to establish drop-off and pick-up points for rideshare services and set geofences around the Convention Center campus for attendees. Upon requesting a ride through Lyft or Uber, attendees will be directed to meet their driver at one of the three pick-up points based on where they are located on the campus. Each location is highly visible and indicated with banners and signage.
A taxi stand will be set up in front of the building. The taxi cabs that stage on OCCC property have been vetted and meet the requirements for servicing guests from the OCCC. While guests are free to choose any transportation company they wish, we discourage the use of unapproved taxis as we have no way of verifying that those vehicles and/or drivers meet our strict requirements.
Taking an I-RIDE Trolley is one of the most convenient and least expensive ways to explore the International Drive resort area. Trolley stops are conveniently located in front of the West and North/South buildings on International Drive. Trolley passes are available for purchase at the OCCC Guest Services desk. For maps and fare information, visit the I-RIDE Trolley website.
Pedicabs are common in the convention center district and can typically be found outside the convention center buildings and in the parking lots. Pedicabs are a convenient way to get around between the convention center and surrounding dining and attractions. Pedicab rides are complimentary; however, tipping is customary based upon the level of service provided.
