IAAPA’s success is driven by the energy and commitment of 400+ volunteers from every corner of the globe. These passionate individuals shape the future of the Association and the attractions industry—and you can be one of them!

Volunteer opportunities span from serving as an entry-level Expo ambassador to leading as an executive to chair of the global board of directors. The general descriptions of these opportunities are outlined below. Here’s what matters most:

  • Every volunteer journey is unique—there’s no set path, and every role is an opportunity to make an impact.
  • Inclusion is our strength—IAAPA welcomes all members to use their voices and share their unique perspectives.
  • Passion counts—selection considers expertise, experience, contributions, and a volunteer's dedication to IAAPA and the industry.
  • Stay connected—attend events, share insights, complete surveys, and network. Relationships open doors to leadership.
  • Membership matters—volunteers must be IAAPA members in good standing throughout their service.
