Parking Information

Exhibitors will have complimentary parking during exhibitor move-in (Nov. 13-17) and move-out (after 4 p.m., Nov. 21 through 12 p.m., Nov. 23). Exhibitors MUST present an exhibitor badge or IAAPA exhibit booth confirmation to have free parking.

During show days (Nov. 18-21) exhibitors will need to pay the normal daily parking rate.

The Orange County Convention Center now offers parking to be purchased in advance of arrival. Click here to pre-pay for parking.

OCCC no longer prints receipts when paying for parking. Should you require a receipt, one can be retrieved by clicking here and entering the date, amount, and credit card information.

Exhibitors that bring large trucks or trailers that require parking at the Orange County Convention Center should park in the designated Trailer Parking Lot. The entrance is off Tradeshow Boulevard, behind the South building parking lot. The lot is unfinished and only available to large trucks or trailers. The lot will be open from 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. daily and is designed for long term-parking versus daily in/out parking. The rate is $90 for Nov. 13-22. Passes will be picked up on-site in the Security Office (S211) from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily, November 13-21. Passes can also be purchased on-site with a credit card in the same location. TRUCKS THAT ARRIVE AFTER THE LOT HAS CLOSED FOR THE DAY SHOULD NOT PARK AT THE OCCC OR THEY WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE!

Passenger vehicles and vans must park in the regular daily parking lot and pay the daily rate.
