IAAPA Expo Middle East Non-Official Contractors/ Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)

A Non-Official Contractor, also known as an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), is defined as any service contractor that is not an official service provider at IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026. Examples include: set-up/tear-down, I&D contractors, audio-visual, etc. Official Contractors do not need to apply as an EAC. Exhibitors who are constructing their own booth do not need to apply. 


EAC registrations with valid certificates of insurance must be submitted by 13 February. If this deadline is missed, EACs will be assessed a late fee of US$25 through 13 March. EACs will be assessed a late fee of US$50 for submissions received after 13 March.
