Complimentary exhibitor staff badges are provided to exhibitors for on-site access to the trade show. Exhibiting companies will be allotted five (5) staff badges for the first 100 square feet of exhibit space and two (2) staff badges for every 100 additional feet meter of exhibit space under contract with a maximum of 50 complimentary staff badges, per exhibit booth. See Badge Allotments below.

Additional staff badges are available at the cost of US$199 for members or US$349 for non-members, per badge, which is the lowest member/non-member rate for the Expo.

Badge Pick-up
  • Registration will be located on Level 2 of both the North and South Concourses.
  • One person may collect badges for the entire team, but will be required to provide a picture identification AND a company business card.
  • We highly encourage you collect your entire team’s badge by 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 17.
