The Quiet Room is located in S10 Lower organisers’ office and offers a calm space for attendees to recharge mentally and emotionally. Neurodiverse attendees or those sensitive to overstimulation are invited to use this quiet and calming environment.

Both IAAPA and Excel London encourage cashless payments, but cash will be accepted including on-site registration.
There is one ATM inside Excel London between N4 and N5 hall entrances and one on the lower ground car park level between S5 and N5 entrances.
Venue cloakrooms are provided complimentary. The cloakrooms are located on level 0 (down the stairs in between hall entrances N4 and S4) and at the east end of the venue on level 0.
Please note items cannot be stored overnight, and cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices cannot be stored in a cloakroom at any time

Baby changing facilities are available on Level 0 in both the male and female toilets along the boulevard. Within the ICC area and ICC X (the east end of the venue), including the red blocks between S9/S10 and N10/N11 hall entrances, as well as the Prince Regent DLR east corridor and East Level 0, baby changing facilities are located within the accessible toilets.
The family room is located near S9 entrance. It includes two changing mats, seating for breastfeeding, a bottle warmer, and a microwave for heating baby food, as well as a sink for general washing up and toilet facilities.
All facilities are clearly signposted throughout the venue for ease of access.
IAAPA Expo Europe 2026 venue can be reached via various modes of transport, including rail, overground train, buses and cable car. The Elizabeth Line and DLR are the quickest routes to Excel. View more information and where feasible consider reducing the carbon impact of travelling to Excel London by using energy-efficient and environmentally friendly modes of transport.
IAAPA Expo Europe location rotates every year. The process of selecting the future venue takes place years in advance and is decided by IAAPA members in committees. The process includes the following steps.
IAAPA EMEA M&S Committee has established a number of venue selection criteria.
- First tier city
- Exhibition venue in reasonable distance to city centre and hotels
- Easily accessible, international flight connections
- Strong attractions industry in the host country
- Availability in third or fourth week of September with show open days Tuesday to Thursday
- Must have a sustainability policy and a sustainability officer
- Must have an accessibility policy
Based on the above selection criteria IAAPA team comes up with a list of venues. IAAPA EMEA M&S Committee creates a shortlist.
Selections are then voted on by IAAPA Global M&S Committee, IAAPA Board of Directors provides the formal approval.
As the sponsor of the Expos, IAAPA reserves the right to prohibit and prevent the attendance, participation, registration, exhibition or any individual or firm for any reason with the exclusive discretion of IAAPA. IAAPA need not disclose or describe the reasons for its decision to do so.

With any lost and found queries, make your way to the health and safety office located in organiser’s office S7 on the lower ground. Please be aware that once notified that lost property has been found, guests have up to 30 days to collect their item(s) before they are donated to a local charity. Read more information.
Lost children should not be offered any type of food and beverage with the exception of water due to potential, unknown allergies.
If you need help during a medical emergency, please speak to any member of the Excel London team. Alternatively, you can go directly to the First Aid point, located on Level 0 on the boulevard, down the stairs near the entrances to halls N4 and S4.
We welcome all guidance and assistance dogs. No other dogs/pets permitted.
The Multi - Faith Prayer room can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.
Strollers are permitted on the show floor.
Please note that trolleys are not allowed on the show floor. If you need to store any items, please refer to the cloakroom information.

IAAPA has secured various accommodation and travel deals for Expo Europe participants. Explore options to travel and find a hotel, including sustainable accommodation options listed via bnetwork – the official hotel partner. London is a busy tourist destination, and it is recommended to book early in advance.
IAAPA will provide visa invitation letters for attendees and exhibitors upon completion of registration. The visa invitation letter request link can be found in the registration confirmation email.
Most visitors travelling to the UK need a visa or an electronic travel authorisation (ETA). Find out if you need a visa and learn more about ETA.
There is free WiFi suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, sign in to '_Excel VISITOR ONLY Free Wi-Fi' using the standard log in, or via LinkedIn and email. Excel’s free Wi-Fi is intended for light, everyday use such as browsing, email, messaging, accessing schedules, and basic business tools, with safety filtering in line with UK standards.
It must not be used for high-bandwidth or critical activities, including large updates, cloud backups, HD/4K streaming, large file transfers, payment processing, servers/VPNs/P2P sharing, or accessing harmful or illegal content.
Registration
Expand allIAAPA is committed to making our events accessible to everyone. lf you require an accommodation or service to fully participate, please contact [email protected] at least 14 days prior to the expo. IAAPA offers complimentary registration for a personal assistant who is accompanying and assisting an individual with a disability during the event. A personal assistant may include, but is not limited to, a companion who provides mobility assistance, communication support, personal care, or other disability-related assistance that enables the registered attendee to fully participate in the event. The complimentary registration is intended solely for the assistant providing support and does not extend to individuals attending for professional, networking, or educational purposes independent of the attendee with a disability.
An IAAPA Expo Europe name badge is required for admission to all Expo activities, events, and services, including the trade show, shuttle buses (when applicable), and Opening Ceremony. It also provides IAAPA members with free admission to the Education Conference. Nonmembers must pay a separate fee to access the Education Conference program. Name badges must be worn at all times while in the venue and while participating in any Expo events. No buyer or attendee can be admitted with an exhibitor badge, nor should an attendee or exhibitor try to gain entry to the trade show with a badge that indicates a name other than their own. Exhibitors must also wear their badges at all times. Badges can be revoked at IAAPA’s discretion. Any lost or misplaced badges must be repurchased as outlined in the Show Policies. If lost badges are later found, the purchaser may submit the found badge and a letter requesting a refund to IAAPA. IAAPA will evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
Only written requests to [email protected] received on or before 30 days prior to the start of the Expo, will receive a refund for registration, less a 10% processing fee. Special Event tickets, charity items, and upgrades are non-refundable under any circumstance. Cancellations due to illness or emergency will be evaluated by IAAPA on a case-by-case basis.
All attendees will be required to provide a picture ID to collect their badge or purchased tickets on-site. Students and Faculty will be required to provide a current student or faculty ID from a degree-granting university or college.

- EDUTours and events that are not sold out can be purchased in advance during the Registration process or on-site. Location details TBC. All breakfasts, lunches, and receptions are ticketed events with a separate registration fee. Space is limited and may sell out. There are no printed tickets. Tickets are tied to the badge which will be scanned for access to the event.
- Each registrant may only purchase one ticket per event. Tickets are non-refundable. Contact Registration to switch a ticket to another registrant.
- You must be registered for the Expo and at least 18 to attend any ticketed function including Opening Reception.
- Regardless of bad weather, all outdoor events and EDUTours will continue as scheduled.
VIP Experience is a ticket upgrade available during the registration process. VIP Experience offers: Show Floor access, Education Conference, entry to an exclusive VIP lounge, AI-driven recommendations to connect with exhibitors via the Connect + App, an opportunity to meet IAAPA leadership, and a dedicated registration pickup kiosk.

Excel London has over 40 onsite cafés, bars and restaurants, including numerous concessions within the venue itself. There are restaurants with table-service for more formal dining as well as grab and go option. For further information visit their food and drink page.

Parking is currently charged at £27.50 per calendar day (00:00-23:59) if pre-booked here Official Parking - ExCel London or £30 per calendar day (00:00-23:59) for on the day payments, payable on exit. There are 134 Blue Badge accessible parking bays available throughout the West, East and waterfront parking areas.
Excel London operates a no smoking policy throughout the venue. Smoking is permitted outside the venue. The use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices is also prohibited inside the venue and is permitted outdoors only.

Please be reminded that no weapons of any kind are permitted at that expo or in the venue. Because your safety is our priority, here are a few tips to remember while attending IAAPA Expo Europe:
- If you see something, say something. Call the security office if something doesn’t seem right.
- Keep your belongings secure and close at all times.
- When you leave the show, remove your name badge.
- Make sure you provided your mobile phone number and an emergency contact name and while registering.
- To ensure the safety of our participants, IAAPA worked with a third party agency to develop a risk assessment and emergency response plan for the exp0. The IAAPA team has held training exercises to ensure the team is prepared for any situation.
- Personal safety and the security of personal effects is the responsibility of each registrant.
- No scooters are permitted on the trade show floor.
- NOTICE: Weapons of any kind prohibited.
- Random bag checking may take place during an Expo. Failure to consent or submit to inspection may result in denial of entry.

The IAAPA Member Lounge gives IAAPA members space to relax, check emails, charge devices, and network over complimentary coffee, tea, or water. It can be found by following the red carpet in the North Exhibit Halls. IAAPA members can decorating their lanyards with fun buttons and consider renewing their membership on-site to receive an IAAPA branded gift (while supplies last).
