The rates offered are variable throughout the year and the current discounts are on average 5-10% on public rate.

The official accommodation booking platform includes hotels with recognized sustainability certifications and labels to help support more environmentally responsible travel choices. These hotels are clearly highlighted on the bnetwork booking platform with the green leaf icon.

IAAPA encourages attendees to prioritize more sustainable accommodation options when planning their stay in London. We also encourage attendees to stay close to the venue or near public transportation to reduce local transportation needs.

Sustainable Travel

IAAPA encourages attendees to choose more sustainable travel options where possible. For journeys within the UK and Europe, rail is recommended as a lower-emission alternative to flying, with London well connected by international services such as the Eurostar.

For longer distances where flying is required, we recommend choosing direct flights, more fuel-efficient airlines, and considering sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) programs where available.

Once in London, please use public transport such as the London Underground, buses, and trains, or consider walking and cycling as low-impact ways to get around.
