Steve Tarca

Steven Tarca, ICAE is a Senior Director of Guest Experience with SUMMIT One Vanderbilt.  He has over 15 years of attractions management experience, from opening brand-new experiences to working with benchmark organizations.   

Before falling in love with attractions, Steve’s career ran parallel in the arts management community.  He worked for several years on Broadway as part of a front-of-house leadership team.  It was during this time he discovered his passion for service and as a result, obtained his master's degree in hospitality and tourism management at Rosen College at the University of Central Florida.  After working in iconic attractions in both Orlando and New York City, Steve opened SUMMIT One Vanderbilt in 2021.   

Steve’s true love lies in employee engagement and driving culture, as he believes that operational excellence can only come from a workforce that is happy and thriving.
