New for 2026: More Booths, More Experiences, More EVERYTHING!

Based on IAAPA Expo’s strong performance and demand from more than 200 companies waiting to exhibit, IAAPA Expo is expanding to include the West Building in 2026. Expanding the show floor by nearly 50% creates significantly more opportunities to showcase innovation, attract qualified buyers, and drive visibility, leads, and measurable business growth.

The West Building will host the Opening Ceremony, EDUSessions aligned with the exhibitor pavilions, a newly enhanced IAAPA Central, the EDUTalk Stage, and the What’s New Theater.

Exhibitor Resource Center & Exhibitor Services Guide Arriving in June!

The Exhibitor Resource Center has returned for IAAPA Expo 2026! Here you can complete your profile, pay the remaining balance on your booth space, and review sponsorship opportunities and digital booth packages. 

The IAAPA Expo 2026 Exhibitor Manual will launch next month, with access to all order forms, deadlines, and key details to help you prepare for a successful show. Look for the official announcement in the next bulletin.

Exhibitor Registration opening in June

Our team is hard at work building the exhibitor registration site for IAAPA Expo 2026, expected to open in June. You’ll receive an email with access instructions for your Exhibitor Resource Center, where you can register your on-site staff, update registrations, and purchase special event tickets. Please register your team only through Exhibitor Registration in your Exhibitor Resource Center - not through Individual or Group registration links.

Booth Designs

As you design and plan your booth, be sure to review IAAPA Expo’s Booth Display Specifications.

All exhibitors, regardless of booth size or display type, will need to complete the Booth Layout Form. Exhibitors that meet certain criteria must include information for the review and approval of their booth design. The Booth Layout Form will be available in your Exhibitor Resource Center when the Exhibitor Manual goes live next month.

IAAPA Expo is a cubic content show. Exhibitors are permitted to fully occupy the width and depth of the booth up to the maximum allowable height for your specific booth type. There is no height restriction based on sight lines.

Exhibitors should always be attentive against attempts by individuals to lure them into undesirable agreements, to sell services that are not wanted or needed, or to fraudulently redirect funds from the intended recipient. When receiving communication from entities offering their services for housing, attendee lists, show publications, or other services, check the IAAPA Expo Exhibitor Alerts page to confirm if they are an Official Contractor.
