Booth Layout Form

Login to your Exhibitor Resource Center using your individual password.

Under the Exhibitor Required Forms section, click on “Booth Layout Form”.

Click “Yes” for the question, “Is your contracted booth 20ft x 20ft or larger?”

Click “No” for the question, “Are you displaying an inflatable or inflatable product in your booth?”

Click “No” for the question, “Are you requesting a Variance to the booth display guidelines?”

Upload files of your booth layout by clicking on the Choose File buttons, browsing for the file on your computer, and selecting/clicking Open.

Files should include diagrams with top, front, and side views of your exhibit, and indicate all width, depth, and height dimensions for all booth elements, including any hanging signs or structures. Also include the dimension for the space between the top of your structure and the bottom of any hanging signs or structures.

Please do not submit the form until your booth layout is ready for review.

Enter the Name and Email for your contact person in the boxes indicated.

Click the “Update Booth Layout Form” button at the bottom.
