Booth Layout Form

If any of the following applies to your booth and/or display, you must submit design files of your proposed booth layout to IAAPA for approval:

1) Your booth is 20ft x 20ft (6.10m by 6.10m) or larger,

2) You will be displaying inflatables in your booth,

3) You are requesting a variance to the display rules

Design files must include views of your booth design from above, from the front, and from the side(s) and indicate all measurements and dimensions of all booth elements including hanging signs.

Any exhibitor attempting to build a booth greater than 20ft x 20ft without IAAPA approval will not be permitted to set-up or will be forced to close their space until the design has been approved. In addition, late design drawing submissions are subject to a fine and/or loss of seniority. 

Please provide IAAPA ten (10) working days to review/approve your booth layout. Confirmation will be sent to the email provided on the form with approval or noting any required corrections. Please contact [email protected] with any questions or if you do not receive a confirmation of approval. 

Refer to the Booth Display Specifications for height limits and other guidelines related to display items in your booth.

Exhibitors with late submissions or that fail to submit the form are subject to a fine and/or loss of seniority as outlined here.
