Exhibitor Badge Information
During show hours, Exhibitors and attendees must wear badges at all times. If you are seen without one, you will be asked to put it on so it is visible.
Complimentary Exhibitor Staff Badges are provided for exhibit staff on exhibition days. For security reasons, exhibitors and their personnel must wear their badges at all times while in the exhibition halls.
Exhibiting companies are allotted five staff badges for the first 9m² of exhibit space up to a maximum of 50 badges – please see the chart below. Additional Staff Badges are available at the member rate of US$50 and the nonmember rate of US$100. Any lost, stolen, or misplaced badges will be charged a reprint fee equivalent to the cost of a paid badge. However, IAAPA will refund the fee if the both badges were returned to registration prior to the end of the expo.

Exhibitor Staff Badge Guidelines
- IAAPA member exhibiting companies benefit from complimentary access to the trade show floor and education sessions as well as year-round information, resources, and support. Nonmember exhibitors will only have access to the trade show floor.
- Exhibitors may purchase tickets to the special events during the registration process. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.

- Children under the age of 18 are NOT permitted on the trade show floor during the move-in and move-out, and must not be registered with exhibitor badges. Children aged 0-17 may collect a wristband at on-site registration with a registered adult for free. Children are only permitted on the show floor during open show hours. Children are not permitted in education or special events.
- Do not register non-exhibitors through the Exhibitor Registration site. IAAPA will issue a penalty charge per exhibitor staff badge used by a buyer.
Badges
All attendees and exhibitors will have their badges in alphabetical (English) format.
Badge Pick Up
Registration will be located in the entrance foyer of ICC Abu Dhabi when you arrive at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. Please bring a picture identification, such as a passport, to collect your badge on-site. Exhibitors may collect their entire team's badges if they would like, but any badges that need to be reprinted later will be charged the prevailing member/non-member registration fee.
The registration counter will be open from 15:00 on Sunday, 29 February. We encourage you to pick up your badges as soon as possible and avoid any queues on Tuesday morning.
