Please go to the registration page: REGISTER on the main page of IAAPA Expo Middle East. Under the section “I am here to Register …”, click on “Exhibitor Personnel” and then click on “Registration”. To invite guests, you can follow the same path until here and click on “Exhibitor Guest Invite”. Otherwise, please note that you have received the EXHIBITOR GUEST CODE according to the sqm reserved at IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026 as mentioned here after: Exhibitor Guest Program.

Please log into the exhibitor registration page: REGISTER. Then go to “Exhibitor Personnel”, you can then select any events that you would like to add on.

The booth shell scheme rate includes: 2.5mh white walls, fascia with company name and booth number above walls (to height of 3mh), basic electrical (3-pin socket per 9 sqm), lighting (1-spotlight per 1.5m of wall), and rewind (recyclable) carpet.

No. Each exhibitor is required to pay $250 per open corner if purchasing 36 square meters or more booth unless smaller corner locations may become available due to previous booth assignments, building structures or along the perimeter of the hall.
