This panel will explore practical approaches to accessibility, from designing inclusive rides and attractions to creating seamless guest journeys through both physical and virtual queuing systems. Experts will discuss the needs of visitors with visible and hidden disabilities, as well as the challenges of accommodating a wide range of physical, sensory, cognitive and neurodiverse needs within a single environment. The discussion will examine key design considerations, operational challenges, and ways to balance accessibility, safety and guest experience.
