*Please note that stand assembly must be completed no later than 14:00 on Monday, 21 September; only minor decoration and dressing are permitted after this time.
IMPORTANT – Monday 21 September
To help ensure that the aisle carpet can be laid on time and the cleaning team have enough time to ensure that the show is cleaned and ready for show open all empty boxes, storage crates, ladders, unused stand fitting materials, pallets etc. must be removed from the aisle by 14:00 on Monday, 21 September. Any items left in the aisles after this time will be removed and the exhibitor will be charged for the removal and storage of these items. Everyone working onsite must be made aware of this procedure. Please note: IAAPA cannot be held responsible for any item left unattended at any time.
Safety Requirements during Move In and Move Out
Safety helmets (hard hats) and high visibility vests (high-vis vests) are required in order to gain entry to the venue during build-up and dismantling, except for the Monday before the event starts. Safety helmets and high-visibility vests must always be worn by all personnel.
Show Open Days

*During the show open days, exhibitors will have access to the hall from 08:00 to 19:00 CEST, except on Tuesday when access begins at 7:30.

*For Health & Safety reasons, no one under the age of 18 is permitted on the show floor during the build-up and breakdown. This includes exhibitors and contractors' children.
Access to Halls During Set-up and Dismantling
Vehicle marshalling is a critical part of delivering a successful event. To ensure smooth and efficient access to the lorry-way during build-up and breakdown, it’s essential that all exhibitors, contractors and show suppliers use Excel London’s Vehicle Management System powered by Voyage Control to book your time slots in advance.
All exhibitors and contractors who need to access the hall during the build-up period will need to wear a wristband which can be collected on arrival from security as you enter the halls. Only on Monday, 22 Sept. may exhibitors enter the hall with their IAAPA exhibitor badge which can be collected from the Registration areas located at entrance S1 and in the boulevard outside entrances S10/N10.
