IAAPA Expo - What's New Theater: Featured Presentations

The opening of a new attraction is an exciting milestone for our industry. It often comes with strong emotions—especially excitement and relief. Bringing these projects to life is no easy feat; it takes manufacturers, suppliers, construction crews, and facility and operations teams working together to create a memorable opening.

This year at IAAPA Expo, we invite you to share the emotion, impact, and meaning of these new openings with attendees in our What’s New Theater. Bring key players to the microphone to celebrate and tell the story of your attraction’s opening—the challenges, lessons learned, and memorable moments that make opening day so special.

Speaking slots will be available November 18 and 19 (times TBA). Speaking requirements are as follows:

  • 20-minute speaking opportunity in the IAAPA What’s New Theater, located in the West Exhibit Hall.
  • At least one person from the facility must participate. Up to five total speakers may represent the project.
  • Presentations are optional. If you use a presentation, it must:
    • Be created in Microsoft PowerPoint.
    • Have videos embedded directly in the presentation (YouTube and other external links will not work).
    • Be submitted to IAAPA in advance so it can be preloaded in the presentation space.

Space is limited, so reserve your spot today, but no later than October 1. Contact Stacey Mills at [email protected] or +1 321-319-7643 with any questions.
