Exhibitor Guest Program

Exhibitors should login to Exhibitor Recourse Center and will be able to view their Exhibitor Guest Code and allotment on the summary page. Each code will provide 10 per 9sqm of booth space complimentary registrations to IAAPA Expo Middle East. Exhibitors can send as many invitations as they would like, but only 10 per 9sqm of booth space may register with the code. Exhibitors that have more than 10 per 9 sqm of booth space buyers who wish to attend can request an additional allotment by contacting [email protected]. Exhibitor Guest registrations should be registered by 13 February; however, your code will be active on-site for additional requests. Once guests register, the exhibitor will be able to view the list on the Exhibitor Registration dashboard, as well.

If an attendee receives an Exhibitor Guest invitation but already registered and paid, they can receive a full refund less a US$25 processing fee by contacting [email protected] and then re-register with the Exhibitor Guest Code. There are no registration refunds for this purpose less than 30 days prior.

Exhibitor Guest Invitations not used to register customers and prospects, may be used to register additional Exhibit Staff beyond the allotment of complimentary Exhibitor Staff Badges. Exhibitor Staff Badges obtained in this manner will also be complimentary, but these registrants will only have access to the trade show floor during open show hours. These registrants will also be subjected to the verification process on-site. Exhibitors who use their Exhibitor Guest Code for booth staff will NOT receive an increase in allotment. Booths that are complimentary are also prohibited from receiving additional allotment of guest passes.
