I am a passionate Waterpark and Aquatics Operations professional with extensive experience spanning waterpark operations, people management, training, safety, guest experience, and sports administration. With a Master’s Degree in Human Kinetics (Organization and Administration of Sports), I have built my career around one fundamental belief: great operations are driven by great people, strong systems, and an uncompromising commitment to safety.

Over the years, I have gained 8 years of experience in waterpark operations and 7 years of teaching and training experience, giving me a unique combination of operational, educational, and leadership capabilities. My professional journey has taken me through different operational environments within the GCC, with my current role as an Associate Director of Waterpark Operations, where I contribute to the strategic and day-to-day management of waterpark operations while driving standards, efficiency, safety, team development, and guest satisfaction.

One of the most significant milestones of my career has been being part of CYAN Waterpark, a landmark project and the first mixed-gender waterpark in Saudi Arabia. This experience has provided me with the opportunity to contribute to the development of people, systems, operational standards, and a culture that places safety and guest experience at the heart of everything we do.

Beyond daily operations, I am deeply passionate about developing people and creating future industry leaders. Throughout my career, I have trained different professionals, including over 100 Saudi nationals, through the Ellis & Associates lifeguard training programme. I am particularly proud that more than 15 of those individuals have progressed into supervisory and middle-management positions. For me, this is more than a statistic; it represents the lasting impact of investing in people and creating opportunities for professional growth.
