Guided activity based on a practical case specially designed for this Summit, simulating a real situation experienced by an Entertainment Center. Throughout the session, you will work in teams to analyze the case, identify key issues, and propose strategic solutions using the tools and approaches previously discussed during the day. This dynamic encourages critical thinking, immediate application of learning, and the exchange of perspectives among peers.

A keynote lecture on major changes in the workforce: new expectations from younger employees, emerging talent retention models, flexible schemes, and organizational purpose. The session aims to inspire and provoke reflection on the future of talent in Entertainment Centers. 

An interactive roundtable format. Participants can choose one topic per day, allowing them to explore two different areas during the event.
