Sponsored Giveaways and Shipping Instructions
IAAPA is committed to promoting sustainability in exhibitions and we continually work with venues, suppliers and contractors to reduce the impact our activities have on the environment. To support these goals, we encourage you to consider the below information when selecting your sponsored giveaway items.
The Connect+ app will be your main source of information during IAAPA Expo Middle East. It will allow you to gain access to the full list of attendees, interact with attendees, schedule meetings, and much more!
All Platinum and Gold Sponsors have been upgraded to a premium listing.
Prior to accessing Connect+, you must be registered for the event. It is important that all sponsors register using a unique email address to sync with their Connect+ profile. Each sponsoring company has a primary contact for Connect+ who is eligible to make edits for the company profile. This primary contact can also link other registered individuals to the profile. They should all receive an email with access into Connect+.
To access Connect+, click here. You can also download the mobile app in the App Store or Google Play, although we recommend editing your digital profile on a desktop.

PLEASE NOTE: Sponsors will have access to Connect+ once it has been opened to sponsors, and they are registered for the event.
We are pleased to provide all Platinum and Gold Level sponsors with the benefit of reaching all registered, opted-in IAAPA Expo Middle East attendees through email campaigns. This extremely valuable benefit is only available to our highest-level sponsors and provides the unique opportunity to engage directly with registered attendees.

If you would like to participate, be sure to note the approval windows for Platinum Level pre-show emails (February 23 – March 6) and for Platinum and Gold Level post-show emails (March 9 – April 17). Once your campaign is approved by IAAPA, we will put you in touch with the team at Direct Hit Marketing who will deploy your email to the full registrant list (opt-outs excluded).
Final deployment dates will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis after the approval and testing phases.

If applicable to their sponsorship agreement and selected event, Platinum Sponsors can display a 30-second video at their sponsored event. Videos should be submitted to Rosa Ciloglu at [email protected] for IAAPA approval by February 23, 2026.
