Ray Wang

Ray Wang is the Senior Manager of Food & Beverage Park Operations at Shanghai Disney Resort, where he oversees the daily operations of quick-service restaurants, outdoor food outlets, and table-service restaurants across Shanghai Disneyland. His primary focus is on enhancing guest immersive dining experiences, operational efficiency, unlocking business potential, and strengthening guest engagement. Ray joined Shanghai Disney Resort as part of the resort’s opening team, playing a pivotal role in preparing the park’s dining venues for Grand Opening. Since then, he has built strong partnerships across the resort’s line of business and spearheaded strategic Food & Beverage initiatives. These include multiple expansions and renovation projects, seasonal events, souvenirs development, and cast members training. As a leader, Ray drives operational excellence by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, maintaining Disney’s high standards for guest satisfaction, and continuing to drive efficient operations. Prior to joining Shanghai Disney Resort, Ray held roles at luxury hotels where he demonstrated proficiency in banquet management, event services, and executive functions. He also participated in Walt Disney World Resort’s International College Program as a Food & Beverage cast at Magic Kingdom. Ray holds a Master degree of Business Administration from Fudan University. 王家栋现任上海迪士尼度假区乐园餐饮运营资深经理，负责管理上海迪士尼乐园内快餐服务餐厅、户外小食亭和点餐服务餐厅的日常运营。他的工作重心在于提升游客的沉浸式餐饮体验、提高运营效率、发掘业务潜力，以及进一步增强与游客的互动。 作为上海迪士尼度假区开园团队的一员，王家栋在乐园餐饮场所的运营筹备中发挥了重要作用，为盛大开幕做出了积极贡献。开园后，他与度假区各业务部门建立了紧密的合作关系，牵头开展了多项餐饮部战略性举措，包括多个扩建和改造项目、季节性活动、纪念品开发以及演职人员培训项目。在领导岗位上，王家栋着力打造积极进取的团队文化，始终秉承迪士尼的高标准，致力于提升游客满意度并持续推动高效运营。 在加入上海迪士尼度假区之前，王家栋曾在多个豪华酒店任职，充分展现了他在宴会管理、活动服务以及行政职能方面的专业能力。他也曾参与华特迪士尼世界度假区的“国际大学生交流项目”，在神奇王国的餐饮团队工作。 王家栋拥有复旦大学工商管理硕士学位。
