SNIEC offers 7 parking lots with a total parking space for 4730 vehicles. Some are on ground-level open-air parking areas adjacent to the exhibition halls.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is offered to attendees inside the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC)

Comprehensive secretarial service is available at the business center. Staff can help you with fax, photocopy, Internet, printing, office supply purchase, courier, business card design and printing, newspaper and magazine printing, signage production and logistic service arrangement.

The IAAPA Sales Office is located on the trade show floor. Stop by the office to gather information on membership, exhibit sales, sponsorship and advertising, regional events, and IAAPA Expos, including IAAPA Expo Europe 2025 (Barcelona), IAAPA Expo 2025 (Orlando), IAAPA Expo Asia 2026 (Hong Kong) and IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026 (Abu Dhabi). Shanghai has strict regulations regarding smoking in public places, and the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) enforces these rules accordingly. While smoking is prohibited inside the exhibition halls and most indoor areas, there are designated outdoor smoking zones to accommodate smokers, you will find sign-posted smoking zones or small kiosks outside the main halls or near exits, away from high-traffic entrances.

To turn in found items or search for missing items, please stop by the IAAPA Operations Office or IAAPA Member Central. Any remaining found items not collected by the end of the show will be turned into SNIEC security.

The identification document type you have selected during registration will be required when picking up your badge. If the identification document type is different during pickup than the one selected during the registration process online, a delay may occur while entering the event and/or your admission to IAAPA Expo Asia 2025 may be denied.

Photo recognition software will be used to access the event, and your photo will be taken on-site. ALL exhibitors and attendees must pick-up their own badge. Exhibitors will NOT be permitted to pick-up the entire group of exhibitor badges as in the past.

Level G, Entrance Hall 1

All press entering the show floor must have a PRESS name badge, which can be picked up at the registration area in Entrance Hall 1 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).

We encourage attendees to purchase special event tickets in advance as capacity is limited, and tickets may sell out. To purchase tickets onsite, please go to Registration on Level G, across from Entrance Hall 1 to check availability. Please note that attendees must be at least 18 years old to participate in ticketed events, and all individuals who wish to participate in a ticketed event must also have an IAAPA Expo Asia 2025 name badge.
