A Calm Room is located in G501, outside Hall 5B to provide a quiet space for attendees to recharge mentally and emotionally. Neurodiverse attendees or those sensitive to overstimulation are invited to use this quiet and calming environment.
There is no cloakroom available at the HKCEC. Please make arrangements at your hotel to store your luggage or other items.
Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) offers free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the venue, covering halls, meeting rooms, and restaurants, with a complimentary session limit of 240 minutes (reconnectable) for light use like browsing.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside HKCEC. Designated smoking areas are located outdoors and clearly signposted around the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The HKCEC offers various food concessions during large events, including American-style fare (burgers, pizza, curries) at Burgers‧Salads‧Pizza, Japanese vending machine concepts at Auto-shop, Asian noodles at Asian Noodles & More, and light refreshments at Take a Break. These stands provide quick, convenient food and drinks for visitors, supplementing the centre's restaurants and extensive catering services. Concessions will be available inside the halls including a food court in Hall 5G.”
The IAAPA Sales Office is located on the trade show floor. Stop by the office to gather information on membership, exhibit sales, sponsorship and advertising, regional events, and IAAPA Expos, including IAAPA Expo Europe 2026 (London), IAAPA Expo 2026 (Orlando), IAAPA Expo Middle East 2027 (Abu Dhabi) and IAAPA Expo Asia 2027 (Osaka). IAAPA Sales Office Hours:
GRS, IAAPA’s official research and strategic insights partner, will be onsite at IAAPA Expo Asia 2026 to conduct an event measurement program focused on attendee and exhibitor satisfaction, return on investment, and overall event performance. The insights gathered will help IAAPA evaluate the success of the Expo and identify opportunities to enhance future events.
Throughout the Expo, GRS representatives may invite attendees and exhibitors to participate in brief surveys and interviews during the trade show, education sessions, and special events. Participation is entirely voluntary, and all feedback will be analyzed in aggregate to support IAAPA’s ongoing efforts to maximize value and deliver exceptional event experiences.
The Intellectual Property (IP) Program will be available at the Expo, providing confidential support and guidance on intellectual property matters. An experienced IP lawyer will be onsite to assist exhibitors and attendees with questions related to IP protection, enforcement, and best practices.
The IP Office is a private, dedicated resource for addressing sensitive or complex IP concerns during the event.

The Licensing Hub is a dedicated booth within IAAPA Expo Asia designed to connect intellectual property (IP) owners, licensing professionals, attraction developers, and operators. Its purpose is to showcase how brands can be translated into immersive experiences such as theme parks, family entertainment centers, branded attractions, hotels, retail, and live events.
The Hub serves as both an educational and business-development platform, helping attendees and exhibitors understand how licensing can unlock new revenue streams, enhance guest experiences, and strengthen brand equity across the attractions industry.
Visit Annabel Rochfort in Booth #2630, Hall 5FG or email [email protected] to set up a meeting in advance of the Expo.
To turn in found items or search for missing items, please stop by the IAAPA Operations Office in G504, outside Hall 5E or IAAPA Member Lounge, Booth #2633, Hall 5G. Any remaining found items not collected by the end of the show will be turned over to HKCEC security.
Nearest nursing rooms are along the Level 5 concourse outside Hall 5, next to main washrooms.
There are two carparks near to the HKCEC – Convention Plaza Car Park (Harbour Road) and Expo Drive Central Car Park (linked to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre Phase 2). Please click here for the details of the parking fee.
HKCEC provides a prayer room located on Level 2.
The VIP Lounge is exclusively available to attendees who have purchased an upgraded registration package, including VIP Gold or VIP Diamond.
The lounge will be located in S428 (Level 4).

IAAPA offers complimentary registration for a personal assistant who is accompanying and assisting an individual with a disability during the event. A personal assistant may include, but is not limited to, a companion who provides mobility assistance, communication support, personal care, or other disability-related assistance that enables the registered attendee to fully participate in the event. The complimentary registration is intended solely for the assistant providing support and does not extend to individuals attending for professional, networking, or educational purposes independent of the attendee with a disability.

We encourage attendees to purchase special event tickets in advance as capacity is limited, and tickets may sell out. To purchase tickets onsite, please go to Registration on Level 5 to check availability. Please note that attendees must be at least 18 years old to participate in ticketed events, and all individuals who wish to participate in a ticketed event must also have an IAAPA Expo Asia 2026 name badge.
