Alan Kwok

Alan Kwok is the Director of Park & Disneytown Operations at Shanghai Disney Resort, leading a team of over 3,500 Cast Members to provide daily operations support for the resort’s theme park and shopping, dining and entertainment area. He is a veteran operations leader at Disney parks, with over 20 years of work experience at both Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and Shanghai Disney Resort. His Disney career began in 2004 as a core member of the opening team at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Initially hired as a Duty Manager, Alan’s responsibilities rapidly expanded and was named the resort’s Manager of Security Operations in 2008. Alan officially joined Shanghai Disney Resort in 2013 as the Director of Park Operations and again served as a key member of the resort’s opening team. From 2021, Alan’s scope of work extended to overseeing Disneytown Operations as well. In his current role, Alan manages Duty Manager Operations, Attractions Operations, Guest Arrival Experience, Disneytown Operations and Business Relationship Management, Custodial Operations, Guest Flow Operations, and Operations Compliance, leading his team to provide guests with Disney’s signature service during their time at Shanghai Disney Resort. Alan has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. 郭剑虹（Alan Kwok）现任上海迪士尼度假区乐园和迪士尼小镇运营总监，领导由3500多名演职人员（迪士尼对员工的专称）组成的运营团队，为度假区的主题乐园和购物餐饮娱乐区的日常运营提供支持。 郭剑虹在香港迪士尼乐园度假区和上海迪士尼度假区工作逾20年，是一位经验丰富的迪士尼乐园运营团队领导。 他于2004年加入香港迪士尼乐园度假区，成为开幕团队核心成员。郭剑虹在入职之初担任值班经理，此后他的职责范围迅速扩大，于2008年被任命为香港迪士尼乐园度假区安保运营经理。 郭剑虹于2013年正式加入上海迪士尼度假区并担任乐园运营总监，成为度假区开幕团队核心成员。2021年，他的职责范围扩大至迪士尼小镇运营。在当前的岗位上，郭剑虹负责管理值班经理运营统筹、景点运营、游客到达体验、迪士尼小镇运营和商业关系管理、保洁运营、客流管理以及运营合规等，带领团队为每位到访上海迪士尼度假区的游客提供迪士尼标志性的服务。 郭剑虹拥有香港中文大学的学士学位和工商管理硕士学位。
