Sasha Triemer

Since joining Atlantis Dubai in 2008 as part of the pre-opening team as Executive Chef, Sascha has been instrumental in shaping the resort's celebrated dining portfolio from its inception. Over the past 18 years, he has held a number of senior leadership positions across the business, including Executive Chef, Vice President of Culinary, and most recently General Manager and Vice President of Marine & Waterpark, where he led the continued growth and evolution of Aquaventure World. His appointment to these varied leadership roles reflects the breadth of his expertise, his strong operational acumen, and his ability to deliver impactful results across the resort.

With more than 25 years of international hospitality experience, he combines extensive operational leadership with a deep culinary expertise gained across luxury hospitality brands in the Middle East, Malaysia and the United Kingdom. His mandate is to continue the successes for Atlantis, The Palm and further cement it as a world-class dining destination.

Sascha continues to oversee Atlantis, The Palm's award-winning portfolio of 34 restaurants, home to seven celebrity chef concepts and three Michelin-starred restaurants, continuing to drive one of the world's most celebrated culinary destinations through innovation, operational excellence

and extraordinary guest experiences.
