Michael Töller

Michael Töller is a DIN-Certified Specialist Planner for Barrier-Free Construction (DIN 18040) and the founder of Freizeitpark Erlebnis, an accessibility consultancy and inclusive magazine for the leisure and attractions industry. He is also Director of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower for Germany and Austria, the global initiative for people with non-visible disabilities.

Michael helps parks, attractions, ride manufacturers and destinations make their experiences genuinely accessible – not just compliant on paper. As an official assessor for the German "Reisen für Alle" (Travel for All) certification, he evaluates venues on site from the real perspectives of guests: wheelchair users, people with visual impairments, neurodivergent visitors and people with invisible disabilities. His references include Europa-Park, Movie Park Germany, Karls and Parque Warner Madrid. His motto: "I don't just test accessibility – I experience it."
