Agenda:

• 17:45 Meet at the lobby of Kerry Hotel Pudong for departure to Shanghai Disney Resort

• 18:30 Arrive at the main entrance of Shanghai Disney Resort to complete real-name registration (Note: please ensure you bring the original physical copy of Valid Government ID submitted during event registration for entry. Please visit the Shanghai Disney Resort Official Website to view the Valid Government ID that is accepted. Copies in any form or a digital version will not be accepted.)

• 18:30 – 21:30 Welcome Reception at Barbossa’s Bounty & Experience Shanghai Disney Resort attractions with the Disney Premier Access for TRON Lightcycle Power Run, Pirates of the Caribbean Battle for the Sunken Treasure and Zootopia: Hot Pursuit

• 21:35 Depart from Shanghai Disney Resort to Kerry Hotel Pudong

• 22:05 Conclusion of the event

Transportation:

• Meet at the lobby of Kerry Hotel Pudong at 5:40 p.m.

• Buses will depart from Kerry Hotel Pudong promptly at 5:45 p.m.

• Buses will depart Shanghai Disney Resort to return to Kerry Hotel Pudong between 9:35 to 10:15 p.m.

• Participants can drive separately, the nearest parking garage to the main entrance is Disneytown Parking Lot. Please make an advance reservation through the Shanghai Disney Resort Official Parking Reservation Platform, and please be aware that you will need to cover the parking fee.

Notes:

• Your ticket to this event will be tied to your Expo badge. Admit one per ticket. Ticket is not transferable to other events. Attendees must be at least 18 years old to participate in ticketed events. Special event tickets are non-refundable.

• Due to the real-name registration requirement from Shanghai Disney Resort, all personal information provided during registration must be accurate. Please note that this information cannot be modified after submission, and tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Please ensure you bring the original physical copy of the Valid Government ID submitted during event registration for entry. Please visit the Shanghai Disney Resort Official Website to view the Valid Government ID that is accepted. Copies in any form or a digital version will not be accepted.

• Ticket holders are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes before departure time at the lobby of Kerry Hotel Pudong. Failure to arrive by departure time can result in forfeiture of seat.

Food & Beverage:

Hot and cold appetizers, beer, wine, and soft drinks included.

Dress Code:

The proper attire is business casual. With high temperatures in Shanghai, it is advisable to wear light clothing and comfortable shoes as there will be a lot of walking throughout the park.
