Thank you for your interest in hosting a press conference at IAAPA Expo.
- Please review the Press Conference Guidelines below prior to submitting a request.
- Press conference requests for 2025 have ended.
- Please note: All press conferences will take place in exhibitor booths unless otherwise requested. Please note the IAAPA-provided space for press conferences is extremely limited and given on a first come, first serve basis.
All IAAPA Expo press conferences will be held November 18 - 20, 2025
Eligibility criteria for an IAAPA-sanctioned press conference
Announcement of a new ride scheduled to be built, installed and opened (required to share images, anticipated opening date/timeline)
Park expansion plans
Partnership announcement
Attraction sale/change in leadership announcement
Company milestone (25, 50, 75 years) and relevant celebration news
Company rebranding announcement
Announcement of staffing incentives (college programs, loan payments, significant raise in wages, and similar higher value items, etc.)
Required assets for a press conference presentation
Appropriate senior leadership to deliver remarks
Approved spokesperson available to conduct post-conference interviews
Presentation to be displayed on IAAPA-provided screens
