Thank you for your interest in hosting a press conference at IAAPA Expo.

  • Please review the Press Conference Guidelines below prior to submitting a request.
  • Press conference requests must be submitted by October 10, 2025.
  • Please note: All press conferences will take place in exhibitor booths unless otherwise requested. Please note the IAAPA-provided space for press conferences is extremely limited and given on a first come, first serve basis.

All IAAPA Expo press conferences will be held November 18 - 20, 2025

IAAPA will contact you with your assigned press conference time. Questions regarding press conferences should be sent to [email protected].
