IAAPA Expo will be held in the North/South & West Building at the Orange County Convention Center. The show floor will be curated into pavilions, allowing attendees to find your booth more efficiently.
IAAPA Expo 2026 Premium Space Allocation will be held during the week of January 26 - February 6, 2026, and assigned by IAAPA staff. IAAPA Staff will calculate seniority by January and communicate to the companies eligible for Premium Space Allocation. Click HERE to view the 2025 Premium Space Allocation List.
A 25% deposit and Membership renewal will need to be made before space can be assigned. The 50% deposit is due by February 13, 2026, and the final 50% payment is due August 14, 2026.
