Exhibitors can use the Checklist in your Exhibitor Resource Center as a guide in your exhibit planning to ensure you don't miss a deadline or requirement!
Ordering your services in advance will not only save time and money but help IAAPA's official contractors be better prepared to serve you and meet your needs.
Included in your Exhibitor Resource Center is a Checklist exhibitors can use to stay on top of your to-do’s, track what has been completed, add personalized notes, and link to the webpages or forms you need to accomplish your tasks.
Each Checklist item is linked to the corresponding IAAPA Expo Exhibitor Manual webpage or the official contractors’ ordering site, order form, or information. If multiple links are available, you will see a “Get More Info” link under the Checklist item description.
Click on the clock icon to set-up a checklist reminder email to send to yourself and anyone else on your team. Reminders can be set up to be sent out 5 days prior to the due date and the day the item is due.
If a checklist item does not pertain to your booth, you can hide it by clicking on the hide icons.
You can review your hidden items by selecting “Hidden” in the Checklist menu on the left side of the page.
Please note that some checklist items are required and cannot be hidden.
To unhide a checklist item, click on Checklist in the Exhibitor Resource Center menu and then select "Hidden" from the list.
Click on the unhide icon at the end of the item in the Hidden list that you want to unhide.
Exhibitors can add a note to each checklist item by click on “Add Note” to further personalize the checklist to your needs.
