Food and beverage plays an integral role in theme park’s storytelling and engagement strategies. Taking the example of how Shanghai Disney Resort combines local ingredients with Disney innovation and create unique culinary experiences, this topic will explore how business operators can connect with its audience by selecting and using local specialty farm products while simultaneously supporting and empowering local development through their active role in the community.
