IAAPA Expo Middle East ‘The Top Referrer’ Terms and Conditions

1. Overview
‘The Top Referrer & Top Sharer’ is a promotional campaign organised by IAAPA EMEA as part of the IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026 marketing campaign, in collaboration with the marketing technology platform Snöball Event Marketing Inc.

2. Eligibility
All registered participants of IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026 are eligible to participate except IAAPA staff and all partner vendors. 

3. How to Enter
To take part in the referral incentive, eligible participants must:
a. Share the pre-written promotional posts provided by Snöball Event Marketing Inc. on their personal or professional social media channels using their unique referral link.
b. Ensure that their shares and/or referrals are completed by the following deadlines:

• January 2026 incentive period: activity completed by 31 January 2026
• February 2026 incentive period: activity completed by 28 February 2026

4. Definition of “Top Referrer” and “Top Sharer”
Top Referrer: The individual who generates the highest number of verified registrations to IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026 through their personalised Snöball campaign link during each incentive period.

Top Sharer: The individuals who demonstrate the highest level of verified sharing activity about IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026 using their Snöball campaign link during each incentive period.

5. Winner Selection
Winners will be identified using Snöball’s referral and share tracking technology. Each incentive period (January and February) will have:

• 1 winner for Top Referrer (1st Place)
• 2 winners for Top Sharers (2nd and 3rd Place)

6. Notification of Winners
Winners will be contacted by the IAAPA team no later than 10 March 2026 via the email associated with their event registration.

7. Prizes
January & February Prizes (awarded separately each month):

• 1st Place – Top Referrer: $100 Amazon gift card + 1 ticket to the Opening Reception at IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026
• 2nd Place – Top Sharer: $75 Amazon Voucher
• 3rd Place – Top Sharer: $50 Amazon Voucher

8. Prize Delivery
a. Amazon gift cards will be delivered via email no later than 15 May 2026.
b. Opening Reception tickets will be provided via an email from the IAAPA staff with a registration code to register for the Opening Reception at IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026.

9. General Conditions
IAAPA reserves the right to verify eligibility, refuse entries, or modify the contest rules at any time. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
