While we are continuing to plan for IAAPA Expo 2026 in Abu Dhabi, we also understand information and circumstances change almost daily. We continue to monitor those developments and gather input from our members to constantly reevaluate and adjust our plans accordingly. Regardless of the changing circumstances, we realize you need to make decisions for your business and your team. As such, IAAPA will confirm the status of IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026 no later than Tuesday, March 10.

We are monitoring developments on a daily basis. These developments include the geopolitical developments, tracking travel restrictions and bans around the world, logistic challenges, and gathering input from exhibitors and attendees. We are also working closely with the numerous vendors and partners who help produce the show. 

We understand you may not be able to wait until March 10 to confirm your plans. If that is the case, please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience or frustration created by this timeline.

Cancellations remain at the sole discretion of each exhibitor. 

At this time, all previously agreed-upon contract terms and conditions remain in effect. As outlined in the exhibitor agreement, exhibitors are currently 100% liable for their exhibit fees. 

If IAAPA Expo Middle East is cancelled or postponed, any options related to transferring exhibit fees to IAAPA Expo Middle East 2027 or receiving a refund of exhibit fees will be clearly communicated and outlined at that time.

Updates will be continuously shared through IAAPA communication channels, including emails, IAAPA.org, social media, and IAAPA News Daily. We will confirm the status of IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026 no later than March 10 at which time we will send an email to all 2026 exhibitors with that update.
