Satu Orismaa

Satu Orismaa is the Director of Safety and Security, Sustainability and Events at Linnanmäki Amusement Park, in Helsinki Finland, since 2021. With over 20 years of experience across the hotel, restaurant, and aviation industries, she brings a deep understanding of how sustainability must be embedded into everyday operations - rather than treated as a separate initiative. At Linnanmäki, she leads the Children’s Day Foundation’s sustainability strategy as well as park’s safety, security, and events. She is a member of IAAPA EMEA Sustainability Committee and advocates for collaboration and continuous improvement as the foundation for sustainable success.
