The rechargeable battery pack is mounted underneath. There are ports and switches mounted on the outside of each fairway for each charging and powering up. The carpet is a commercial glow carpet. We enhance the course with vinyl enhancements and powder

Lifting System – Inclusive Boarding for Coaster Experiences

The Lifting System by Mack Rides is a station-integrated solution designed to provide safe and dignified access to roller coasters for guests with impaired mobility. Using a specially developed support sling, the system gently lifts passengers from the platform into the coaster seat, enabling barrier-free boarding without compromising ride operations or aesthetics.

Unlike external or manual lifting methods, this device is permanently installed in the station and operated by trained staff, ensuring quick, secure, and comfortable transfers. It is compatible with seat shells featuring dedicated attachment points, allowing seamless integration into various coaster types.

This innovation marks a significant step forward in ride accessibility, offering a standardized, ergonomic, and guest-friendly solution that meets international safety and inclusion standards. Frontgrid, creator of iconic immersive experiences, has partnered with Rainbow Air Helicopter Tours to launch Niagara Virtual—a gamified flying adventure over one of the world’s most famous waterfalls, entirely in virtual reality (VR).

This pioneering attraction features an amphitheatre-like horseshoe of 11 ParadropVR Rize units. These combine precision motion engineering with immersive VR content to create the sensation of real flight.

What makes Niagara Virtual unique is its self-steer design. Flyers can choose to float leisurely, soaking in panoramic views, or race along the river to collect points and compete for top scores with friends and family.

The experience begins with a 360° film that takes guests up in a helicopter, builds anticipation, and offers a first-person view of leaping from the door—before the game begins.

Niagara Virtual opened July 3, 2025, on the USA side of Niagara Falls in the newly built Rainbow Air Tourism Center. The facility also serves as the launch pad for Rainbow Air’s real helicopter tours, and houses an exhibition hall and gift shop.
