Molly Jin

Molly Jin is the Director of Merchandise Product Development at Shanghai Disney Resort. She leads a dynamic Product Development team that manages multiple merchandise categories and oversees the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final production, ensuring high-quality outputs. Molly joined Shanghai Disney Resort in 2014 as merchandiser, leading Apparel team. In 2019, her role has expanded to all categories in the resort. Molly and her team spearheaded the development of innovative products across diverse categories during 2020 to 2024, driving consistent revenue growth with notable market impact. Molly was deeply involved in the merchandise development of LinaBell and led the product development efforts for the grand opening of Zootopia. Prior to joining Shanghai Disney Resort, Molly had 10 years’ experience in various industries including fashion and sports industry, specializing in sourcing and procurement. Molly holds a master’s degree in Luxury Brand Management from ESC Rennes Business School in France. 金梦桥现任上海迪士尼度假区商品产品开发总监。她带领着一支充满活力的产品开发团队，全面管理多品类商品开发，负责从概念构思到生产的全流程管控，致力于确保商品的卓越品质。 金梦桥于 2014 年加入上海迪士尼度假区，担任商品开发专员一职，负责服饰类商品的开发工作。自2019 年起，她的职责范畴进一步扩展至度假区所有品类的商品。 2020 年至 2024 年间，金梦桥和她的团队牵头开发涵盖多个品类的创新商品单品，推动收入持续增长并产生显著的市场影响力。金梦桥深度参与了玲娜贝儿主题商品的开发过程中，并主导了“疯狂动物城”主题园区盛大开幕的产品开发事宜。 在加入上海迪士尼度假区前，金梦桥在时尚、体育等多个行业拥有十年经验，专注于采购与供应链管理领域。 金梦桥毕业于法国雷恩高等商学院，拥有奢侈品品牌管理硕士学位。
