Registration for children 17 years of age and younger is complimentary, but children must wear an identification wristband at all times (available for free at on-site Registration with a registered adult). Anyone age 18 years or older is required to pay the registration fee to access the trade show floor.
EDUTours and events that are not sold out can be purchased at the registration area or online. All breakfasts, lunches, and receptions are ticketed events with a separate registration fee. Space is limited and may sell out. There are no printed tickets. Tickets are tied to the badge which will be scanned for access to the event. No one under the age of 18 may participate in EDUTours or special events.
An IAAPA Expo Middle East name badge is required for admission to all Expo activities, events, and services, including the trade show, shuttle buses, and Opening Ceremony. It also provides IAAPA members with free admission to the Education Conference. Non-members must pay a separate fee to access the Education Conference program. Name badges must be worn at all times while in the ADNEC and while participating in any Expo events. No buyer or attendee can be admitted with an exhibitor badge, nor should an attendee or exhibitor try to gain entry to the trade show with a badge that indicates a name other than their own. Exhibitors must also wear their badges at all times. Badges can be revoked at IAAPA’s discretion. Any lost or misplaced badges must be repurchased for $50. If lost badges are later found, the purchaser may submit the found badge and a letter requesting a refund to IAAPA. IAAPA will evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
Tickets for special events are available for pre-purchase online as well as on-site based on availability. Each registrant may only purchase one ticket per event. Tickets are tied to the badge and not printed. Tickets are non-refundable. Contact Registration to switch a ticket to another registrant. You must be registered for the Expo and at least 18 to attend any ticketed function.
Regardless of rain, all outdoor special ticketed events and EDUTours will continue as scheduled.
Only written requests to [email protected], received on or before 30 days prior to the start of the Expo will receive a refund, less a 10% processing fee. Special event tickets, charity items, and upgrades are non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations due to illness or emergency will be evaluated by the IAAPA team on a case-by-case basis.
All attendees will be required to provide a picture ID to collect their badge or purchased tickets on-site. Students and Faculty will be required to provide a current student or faculty ID from a degree-granting university or college.
IAAPA will provide visa letters or letters of invitation for attendees and exhibitors during the registration process. Your visa letter will be sent to you by email upon completion of registration. Please contact [email protected] for any additional help needed.
Both IAAPA and ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi encourage cashless payments, but cash will be accepted including on-site registration.

Members only: IAAPA Member Lounge located at Balcony Concourse A, Level 1. IAAPA Member Lounge offers a space to relax, check emails, charge devices, and network with a complimentary coffee, tea, or water.

IAAPA bus stop will be located outside of ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, Near to Entrance H&G. It will be used on Tuesday, 31 March to Thursday, 2 April for IAAPA Expo Middle East Special Events participants. For more information, please visit the Info Desk in the Concourse in front of Hall 11. Also follow the IAAPA Bus Stop signs when on-site.
Lost and found items can be found at the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi Security office, please check with Info Desk located in Hall 11 Concourse, Ground floor. Lost children will be brought to the ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi Info Desk in Hall 11 Concourse, Ground Floor.
Please hand in any found items to ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi Security. All found items will be stored securely for 6 months and then handed to Abu Dhabi Police.

The First Aid point is located between Halls 7 & 8. For first aid or any emergencies, including requesting an ambulance please call the team on +9712 406 4444.
ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi retains a small number of wheelchairs that are loaned free of charge from the First Aid Point in Hall 8 concourse area on production of photo ID.

ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi has 6000 parking spaces between two on-site multi-storey carparks A &B, with an additional 700 parking spaces at the marina parking location. The daily parking ticket is 80 Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) per space.

The Prayer Rooms are located on Level 1 above Hall 4 & 5, and on Level 1 by the Aloft Hotel.
All press entering the show floor must have an IAAPA PRESS name badge. A staff member from the IAAPA Press Office must escort press with TV cameras on the trade show floor if they are conducting interviews scheduled through IAAPA’s global communications team. Press should pick up their badges at the press office, located on level -1 of Hall 11 Concourse Capital suite 20.
The Quiet Room is located in Capital Suite 21C, Ground Floor and offers a calm space for attendees to recharge mentally and emotionally. Neurodiverse attendees or those sensitive to overstimulation are invited to use this quiet and calming environment.

There are several catering outlets at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi. They can be found outside and inside the venue offering a variety of food formats and cuisine types. You can also dine at the restaurants located Hotels around ADNEC where you’ll find the best of locally sourced ingredients with the savoir-faire of contemporary cuisine that respects traditional and International recopies.
Venue security staff and hall managers will be present in the halls and at the entrances.

To ensure participants’ safety, the local medical team as well as the on-site fire brigade, to be prepared for any situation which might occur during IAAPA Expo Middle East 2026. In the event of an emergency please call the team on +9712 406 4444.
Please always secure your belongings and never leave bags, mobile devices, laptops, show badges, or other valuables unattended, even for a moment.
There are no strollers or trolleys allowed on the show floor. Please refer to the Cloakroom information should you need to store items.
We strongly recommend that all attendees arrange comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of their trip. Coverage should include medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss or delay, and other unforeseen events.

The local currency is the UAE Dirham (AED). Credit and debit cards are widely accepted. Licensed exchange offices, banks, and hotels provide currency exchange services.

Local SIM cards are available from Etisalat and at the airport and in malls. Both providers offer tourist packages and free public Wi-Fi in many locations. Most hotels provide complimentary internet access.
