What values do you promote in your team?
At Cacau Show, we have core values that guide our work and drive the company’s success. Among these, I emphasize the passion for achieving, which motivates us to turn ideas into reality with excellence. We embrace the principle of “more for more,” delivering greater value to customers, employees, and partners. Attention to detail is essential as every step of our work reflects care and precision.
We value innovation, striving for creative solutions that delight. Loyalty is a priority, fostering trust and transparency in relationships, along with kindness, respect, and pragmatism. They help us grow, innovate, and fulfill our mission to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.
What leadership qualities do you possess that inspire your team?
I believe having a clear vision of where the company is headed is essential to motivating the team to work toward common goals and believe in the business’s success. Another key quality is communication, which must be transparent and direct to engage the team and ensure alignment with objectives.
At Cacau Show, we practice transparent management. One example is a screen at our headquarters showing real-time revenue from all sales channels, and it’s accessible to employees. This reinforces trust, a sense of belonging, and keeps the team motivated and aligned. Transparency fosters collaboration and trust, enabling challenges to be addressed collectively and strategically.
What advice would you give to young professionals entering the attractions industry?
The most important thing is to be passionate about what you do, because passion fuels the ability to navigate the ups and downs of daily life. Although I am new to the attractions industry, I’ve realized it demands dedication, innovation, and a clear purpose: providing happiness and unforgettable moments for people.
Immersing yourself in the industry, learning from best practices, and re-evaluating processes are fundamental.
Describe the Cacau Park project for Funworld readers.
Cacau Park is a dream coming to life.
Located in Itu, São Paulo, it is a project combining entertainment, history, and immersive experiences in Brazil. The park is inspired by cocoa and the history of chocolate—from Mayan civilizations to today—interwoven with Cacau Show’s storytelling.
Every detail will offer an exciting and educational experience, exploring chocolate production and celebrating the history of a brand that transformed Brazil’s chocolate market. The complex will feature themed hotels, an open-air boulevard with exclusive shops and restaurants, tasting spaces, event venues, and memory-making opportunities.
With a R$2 billion investment, the park is expected to attract three million visitors annually, creating more than 3,000 direct jobs and 9,000 indirect jobs, while generating more than R$35 billion for the national economy over a decade.
What do you hope visitors experience at Cacau Park?
I hope they have a unique and immersive sensory journey, deeply connecting with the world of chocolate and Cacau Show. I want the park to be a place where people have fun, dream, and feel like kids again, similar to the world’s most iconic parks.
