IAAPA Forum: Education and the Future of the Attractions Industry in Peru

This IAAPA Forum is an in-person educational event designed to strengthen the capabilities of industry professionals through key content that directly impacts the operation, service, and sustainability of attractions. 

The forum addresses, in a practical and applied manner, priority topics for the development of the industry, such as visitor experience, service excellence, human talent management, and sustainability (ESG), connecting these pillars with the real challenges faced by operators and teams in their day-to-day work.
