IAAPA has partnered with bnetwork to offer registered participants competitive hotel rates including budget offer and support with your booking. IAAPA rates apply to a range of accommodation types nearby the Expo venue and include breakfast as well. The rates offered are variable throughout the year and the current discounts are on average 5-10% on public rates.

For discounted travel options, IAAPA partnered with a national Spanish rail company Renfe. IAAPA Expo Europe registered attendees can benefit from a 15% discount on high speed (AVE) and long-distance train tickets. The discount code is valid for train tickets purchased with travel dates between 20 – 28 September 2025.
