Neva Heaston

Neva brings extensive global experience in attractions and hospitality operations. She began her career at Wild Island Family Adventure Park, then moved to Dubai to lead departments at Wild Wadi Waterpark, overseeing Business Excellence and Revenue Operations. In 2017, she returned to the U.S. to develop the pre-opening plan for the New York Wheel and later joined Royal Caribbean’s Private Destinations team.

Neva is currently leading the operation of Royal Caribbean's Private Destination Islands including Labadee and Perfect Day at CocoCay. As Senior Director, Neva is currently working with a talented team of product developers, architects, and operators to bring Perfect Day Mexico to life. Her experience in strategy, business excellence, development, and operations has allowed her to maintain excellent guest service, efficient and safe operations, and profitable performance for resorts and attractions domestically and internationally.  

In addition to her International Business, B.S. and Business Administration, M.B.A degrees, Neva is an IAAPA Attractions Executive. She also served on the IAAPA YP Sub Committee and Waterpark Committee and is passionate about sharing her insights through industry conferences and events.
