Linken D’Souza is Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage at Royal Caribbean International. With over 25 years of experience in global F&B operations, he has led culinary, dining, and beverage programs for 28 ships and private destinations, serving more than 8 million guests annually. A graduate of the Hotel Institute of Montreux with an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism, Linken is recognized as a South Florida “40 Under 40” honoree and has served on the boards of the Women’s Food Service Forum and Slow Food Miami.
