Her perspective comes from more than two decades of leading change across the attractions industry. From the development of Magic Springs & Crystal Falls and Kentucky Kingdom & Hurricane Bay to serving as an Operations Executive for both properties, Lesly has led teams through growth, transformation, and the challenges that come with building strong cultures at scale. She later brought that operational experience into executive leadership roles with hospitality technology companies, helping organizations connect people, processes, and technology to drive results.
