Dan Flores

Dan Flores is Head of Tourism at Satisfi Labs, an agentic AI platform built for destination marketing organizations, attractions, and tourism brands. He leads the tourism vertical across sales, strategy, and partnerships, helping DMOs and attractions move beyond surface-level AI features to AI as core infrastructure—with a focus on data ownership and purpose-built solutions over generic tools. Dan is a frequent speaker at industry events including ESTO, NTA TREX, and Destinations International, and serves on the board or committee of the U.S. Travel Association, National Tour Association, OCTO Advisory Board, and Tourism Cares. In this session, Dan brings his "identify, then automate" framework to help attraction and tourism leaders build practical, department-by-department AI strategies, grounded in governance, ROI, and real organizational adoption.
