Dan Flores is the Head of Tourism at Satisfi Labs, a leader in conversational experiences for tourism, entertainment, and sports. With over 18 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, Dan specializes in sales strategy, contract negotiations, and customer service. At Satisfi Labs, he supports an AI-powered platform that enhances customer engagement. Previously, Dan worked at Maverick Helicopters, expanding their excursion offerings. He also serves on various industry boards, including Tourism Cares and US Travel’s National Council of Attractions and Experiences. Dan was named one of Las Vegas’ “40 under 40” in 2017.
