About

As Senior Principal at Thinkwell Group, a TAIT Company, Cynthia Sharpe (she/they) is responsible for manifesting the creative soul and promise in everything the company does – from collaborating with clients on groundbreaking projects to the internal culture supporting her colleagues.

Cynthia’s twenty-five years in the industry span from permanent and traveling museum shows to multi-use destination resort planning, ranging from creative exhibition development and project management to strategic and experience master planning. She has gained a reputation for combining creative approaches to experience design with a keen understanding of guest behavior, operations, and business strategy.

Trained in racial justice and anti-racist practice, Cynthia’s work is rooted in the belief that location-based experiences can be radically inclusive third places in their communities. The recipient of Thea Awards for NatureQuest at the Fernbank, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, she is also the 2018 winner of the Roy L. Shafer Leading Edge Award, non-CEO, for leadership in the science center field.
