Yi Zhao

Mr. Zhao holds an MBA from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, earned a postgraduate degree in Information Strategy from the University of Hong Kong, and is certified as a Senior Engineer in Computer Application Technology by the Shanghai Municipal Government. Additionally, he serves as a government procurement review expert for the Ministry of Finance and provincial-level authorities. In his role as Digital Technology Manager within the Digital Innovation Center at the Shanghai Oriental Pearl Radio & Television Tower, Mr. Zhao oversees the strategic implementation of digital infrastructure, cloud computing architectures, cybersecurity frameworks, and data governance systems. With nearly 25 years of expertise in informatization projects for cultural and tourism destinations, he has spearheaded the digital transformation of smart scenic areas and destinations, contributing to the formulation of Shanghai’s local standards for digital tourism and their industry-wide adoption. During his tenure, Mr. Zhao led the development of an integrated business middleware platform for the 5A-rated Oriental Pearl Tower complex. This platform unified technical systems across diverse operational formats—including sightseeing, IP entertainment, catering, retail, cruise services, and hospitality—enabling seamless management of nearly 10 million annual visitors. By deploying digital tools, he achieved end-to-end integration spanning front-end digital marketing, middleware business operations, and back-end financial-taxation-data platforms. Mr. Zhao’s academic and professional focus lies in the digital transformation of service industries. His research explores interdisciplinary synergies, including "tourism + computer science" and cross-sector integrations such as "tourism + health and wellness," positioning him at the forefront of leveraging big data and digital technologies to enhance cultural-tourism experiences and operational efficiency. --------- 赵毅先生负责东方明珠塔的数字化基础架构，云计算及网络架构、网络安全和数据安全等技术应用，在文旅景区和场馆的信息化领域有近25年行业经验，长期专注于文旅行业智慧景区/目的地信息化建设和数字化转型，参与上海市文旅数字景区的地方标准制定和行业推广。 在东方明珠塔期间，赵毅先生搭建了5A景区综合体的文旅业务中台，对观光、IP玩乐、餐饮、零售、游船、酒店等文旅多业态进行了技术平台整合，支撑了东方明珠塔每年近千万客流的业务系统运营，利用数字化技术应用工具，实现从数字化营销前端，到文旅业务中台，到后端业财税数平台的业务和技术整合。 赵毅先生的读博研究和长期发展方向是服务业的数字化转型，从传统低频次的旅游消费场景，到高频次的生活服务消费场景，在文旅、健康、养老行业中，探索跨学科的旅游+计算机，跨行业的旅游+康养，定位于文旅康养+数字化技术与大数据的服务业研究实践。
