  • Please review the Press Conference Guidelines below prior to submitting a request.
  • Press conference requests must be submitted by 7 August 2026.
  • Please note: All press conferences will take place in exhibitor booths.

IAAPA will contact you with your assigned press conference time once a request has been submitted and approved. Questions regarding press conferences should be sent to [email protected]
