Exhibitor Badge Information

Complimentary Exhibitor Staff Badges are provided for exhibit staff on the exhibition days. For security reasons exhibitors and their personnel must wear their badges at all times whilst in the exhibition halls.

Exhibiting companies are allotted five staff badges for the first 9m² of exhibit space up to a maximum of 50 badges – please see chart below.  Additional Staff Badges are available at the member rate of €110 and nonmember rate of €185. Any lost, stolen or misplaced badges will be charged at a rate of €50 each.

Exhibitor Staff Badge Guidelines

• IAAPA member exhibiting companies benefit from complimentary access to the trade show floor and education sessions as well as year-round information, resources and support. Nonmember exhibitors will only have access to the trade show floor.
• Exhibitors may purchase tickets to the Opening Reception during the registration process. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
• Special Events and Education programme coming soon!
• Children under the age of 18 are NOT permitted on the trade show floor during the move-in and move-out and must not be registered with exhibitor badges. Children aged 0-12 may register on-site for free. Children age 13-17 can register in advance or on-site as an attendee, either paying the registration fee or as an Exhibitor Guest.
• Do not register non-exhibitors through the Exhibitor Registration site. IAAPA will issue a penalty charge per exhibitor staff badge used by a buyer. The Exhibitor Guest Programme will open in June.  

Badges

All attendees and exhibitors will have their badges in alphabetical (English) format.

Badge Pick Up

Registration will be located in the south access entrance foyer when you arrive at Fira Gran Via, Barcelona.  Please bring your passport or ID card with you for identity verification at the registration counter – 3rd party collection will not be permitted.

The registration counter will be open from 08:00 on Monday, 22 September. We encourage you to pick up your badges as soon as possible and avoid any queues on Tuesday morning.

Exhibitor and Contractor Badges For Move-in

Exhibitors that are setting up their own booth will need to pick up Contractor wristbands for access to the trade show floor during move-in and teardown. These wristbands will be distributed by security staff on the access doors.
