This session explores how young professionals in the attractions industry can use communication as a tool to build stronger relationships, increase their professional impact, and support long-term career development.
From collaborating with colleagues and presenting ideas to senior leaders, to building trust with suppliers and adapting communication to different audiences, the session focuses on communication skills that can be applied in everyday professional situations. Rather than focusing on theory, it shares realistic approaches and techniques that help young professionals communicate with greater confidence, intention, and effectiveness.
This webinar is free for IAAPA members; however, registration is required. Attendees are eligible to earn one continuing education unit (1 CEU) towards IAAPA recertification. For more information about IAAPA Certifications, please contact Alissa DeMeglio at [email protected].
