Matt Heller, ICAE

Matt Heller is a speaker, author, coach, podcast host, friend, husband, dog & cat dad, drummer and coaster nerd. He began his career in the attractions industry at 18 years old as a ride operator.  That initial rush of operating big machines and entertaining people has turned into a passion for the industry and helping others. First and foremost, Matt is an optimist, which is where the name of his company comes from. He truly believes that any human performance issue can be solved if we are willing to look in the right places - which could be in the mirror.

Matt now “helps leaders grow” with targeted training and coaching opportunities for all leaders in the attractions industry. Matt, his wife Linda, their dog Otis and their cat Vader live in Hendersonville, NC.
